PDT/PTT based on Cu-TCPP has combined anti-tumor efficacy and less systemic toxicity. 【Product performance and structure】A series of isomorphic porphyrin MOF was constructed by changing the type of metal at the center of metalloporphyrin ligand. A series of carbon-based monatomic catalyst materials with different metal centers (Cu, Fe, Co, Ni) were obtained after derivation, which can be used for PDT (excitation 660nm) and PTT (excitation 808nm) treatment.
