【產(chǎn)品介紹】本試劑盒主要用以骨髓細(xì)胞涂片及血液細(xì)胞涂片染色檢查，可鑒別T-淋巴細(xì)胞和B-淋巴細(xì)胞，前者多為陽性，而后者為陰性。具有簡易、快速、保質(zhì)期長，結(jié)果易于觀察和判斷等優(yōu)點。
【染色原理】在酸性緩沖液中，細(xì)胞內(nèi)酸性磷酸酶催化底物水解，其生成物進而與一種穩(wěn)定重氮鹽偶聯(lián)，生成不溶性偶氮染料沉淀。陽性反應(yīng)為鮮紅色或深紅色顆粒，定位胞漿。
【所需儀器】光學(xué)顯微鏡、玻片、染缸、滴管、秒表、記號筆等。
