Recombinant alkali-resistant protein A has modified the protein structure on the basis of natural Staphylococcus aureus protein A. Compared with natural protein A, it removes the binding site with Fab and enhances the specificity of recombinant alkali-resistant protein A and Fc binding. It also improves protein stability and alkali resistance. Recombinant alkali-resistant protein A can be bonded with agarose gel to prepare affinity fillers for antibody purification. It can separate and purify a variety of mammalian subtypes from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell extracts The antibody or the genetically engineered recombinant protein containing the Fc fragment of the antibody. A cysteine was added to the C-terminus of the recombinant alkali-resistant protein A to enhance its directional covalent bonding with the gel.

Precautions:
1) After dissolving, place it on an ice bath and try to use it as soon as possible;
2) If you cannot use it up at one time, please prepare the mother liquor before use and divide it into small sizes (to ensure the amount of one test) and store it at -65°C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing affecting protein activity
