2. Line width: 20um, line distance: 20um, finger length: 2.1mm, number of interdigital pairs: 50 (100 fingers). 3. Electrode substrate is quartz glass, polished on both sides, fully transparent;
4. Metal layer structure: Cr/Au, thickness is 30nm, 100nm respectively; 5. Electrode operating temperature range: -150℃~400°C;
6. Mainly used in various chemical, physical and medical sensors, with reliable performance and stable quality. 7. Large size, large pad, easy to operate.
